This 2 day only four hands collaboration titled “Abstract Elements”, features Michelin-starred chef-owner Daniele Sperindio and the Willy Wonka of avant-garde cuisine Mike Bagale. Mike Bagale, is the former Executive Chef of three Michelin-starred Chicago fine dining institution, Alinea and Founder of Super Food Concepts.
This unique collaboration highlights an abstract exploration of elements from hydrogen to helium. Be blown-away by this dynamic duo as they specially curate a menu inspired by everyday life elements brought to life.
Chef Mike Bagale's food philosophy and forward-thinking cuisine have earned him recognition on national platforms including Forbes, Conde Nast Traveler, Eater, and many more. He is known as a leader of innovation and creativity, designing dishes like edible diamonds and a helium-filled green apple balloon - the inventor of floating foods.
In 2012, he became the first person in history to create floating food with Alinea’s famous edible green apple balloon. Though Mike was classically trained in French cuisine, his style and techniques reflect inspiration from Japan, Mexico and Thailand.
Located at the top of the iconic National Gallery Singapore with panoramic view of Marina Bay, ART di Daniele Sperindio is a neo-Italian rooftop dining destination that combines modernist sensibilities with classical inspirations.
